    My name is Ethan Chang and I come from Xi'an, China. After graduating from university in 1999, I became a member of a renowned industrial consulting and design company with over 1000 employees. And became a senior engineer in 2009.

     I worked in this company for 24 years until 2023. I have worked in different

business directions at this company, and my previous professional identities include:

* Design:      

     General Manager of Provincial Branch, Project Manager for Full Course Consulting and Design

     Project, On site Design Representative, Designer.

     I have participated in the design of dozens of industrial projects as a designer.

* Engineering Management:      

     Head of the EPC Engineering Department.

     I have participated in the management of 7 domestic and international projects as a front-line 

     manager.

* Import and Export:      

     As an international business operator, I have completed dozens of export transactions.
